Dakota Atizol (She/Her) is a dedicated George Mason student set to graduate in 2027. She is majoring in Government and International Politics, with a strong passion for social justice and policy reform. She is particularly interested in how policy impacts marginalized communities and the intersection of gender, race, and economic class. Throughout her time at George Mason, Dakota has been actively involved in the university’s Mock Trial and Debate Team, as well as a student worker for the Patriot Pantry, a resource for college students helping to combat food insecurity on campus. After graduating, she plans on pursuing her master’s in social work alongside a law degree, with the goal of advocating for legislative change to improve social welfare and empower underrepresented communities.
