Kelly Skoloda is Chief People Officer for Monumental Sports & Entertainment overseeing all aspects of company’s human capital functions, technology and initiatives. Kelly joined Monumental Sports & Entertainment in 2011 and has developed programs and strategies to enhance and diversify talent acquisition, development and engagement with a goal of creating a welcoming, inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
Prior to joining Monumental Sports & Entertainment, Kelly advised internal clients on all aspects of the employment relationship as Assistant General Counsel, Employment, for AOL LLC and previously an attorney at Akin, Gump, Straus, Hauer & Feld LLP in the litigation group.
Kelly earned her Bachelors of Art degree at the University of Virginia and her JD from American University’s Washington College of Law. Kelly is a volunteer for Everybody Wins and a Member of the D.C. Public Library Foundation Board. Kelly lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and two young boys who keep her laughing and her home a mess.
